All of the PACE coaches are seasoned veterans that have or currently are competiting on one of the PACE Elite Squads that consistently bring home National and World Championships. They are experts in their field, be it gymnastics, stunting, jumping, cheer basics and dancing. Being a part of the PACE family is just that, family. From the mini cheerleaders to the professionals on the elite team to the coaches and parents, PACE considers everyone part of the family and are respected and treated as such. The PACE motto, "Positive Attitudes Changes Everything" is not just a motto, it is our mission statement and is practiced everyday!

Kristy Lynn Potance - PACE Cheer Head Coach |
| Kristy is a lead coach for PACE All-Star Cheer. She is also a current member of the PACE Empire International Level 6 Cheer Team. She has 16 years of competitive gymnastic training and coaching. She is a former USA Junior National Gymnastic Champions and USGA certified. She has 8 years of intensive competitive cheer and coaching. She is AACCA certified and USASF certified for school and competitive all-star cheer. She has performed in many commericals and feature films such as: “The Combacks”, “Gridiron Gang”, “Bring It On”, Nike Commericals, Harley-Davidson Commercials and Herbalife commercials. She is the former owner for Club Cheer Twister from Oxnard California. Kristy is an Elite Coach for Tumbling, Stunting, and pyramids. She is considered to be one of the best basket flyers in the World. | |

Jennilee Barr - Head Dance Coach |
| Jennilee is currently the lead instructor for PACE Dance Youth Programs. She is also a current member of the Orange Coast College Dance Team and PACE Dance International Dance Teams. She has taught at PACE for two years. Jennilee was a former song leader at Marina High School for three years and was a captain her senior year. She has been a member Orange Coast College’s Dance Team for two years where she was captain the ’08-’09 year. She has captured numerous State and National titles in Pom and Jazz throughout her years of dancing. Jennilee is a four time World Champion with PACE Dance! Jennilee also has been a staff member with Showcase Productions of California- Dance the Magic for the past three years. She helps put on parades and showcases at both Disneyland and the Walt Disney World Resorts. | |

Jeff Harvey - Undercover Cheer/Dance Coach |
| Jeff is currently teaching Jazz, Hip Hop, Cheer, and Tumbling for PACE Dance and PACE All-Star Cheer. He is a current member of Orange Coast College Cheer, PACE Empire International Level 6 Cheer, and the World Champion PACE Open International Dance teams. Jeff is a 15 time National Champion, a 2 time World Champion, former performer for Disney, a former staff member for USA Spirit Camps, Currently coaches and choreographs for several Orange County High School cheer and pom teams, and currently teaches for U.S. Spiritleaders. | |
